About the Role  

Are you a creative and organised marketing professional with a passion for content creation and project management? We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of our marketing campaigns and projects. In this role, you will blend administrative tasks, creative input, and strategic planning to ensure our marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with a passionate team and develop your marketing expertise. You will work on a variety of tasks that will keep your work interesting and rewarding. 

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, articles, and whitepapers.
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including email campaigns, landing pages, and digital advertisements.

Event Management:

• Coordinate and manage marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Send emails and calendar invites for events.

Online Presence:

• Maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles to ensure content is fresh and relevant.

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure lead generation targets are met.
• Develop and nurture relationships with industry partners, media, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.

What you will need to succeed: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong content creation skills with the ability to write compelling and informative copy.
• Organised, forward planner with strong attention to detail. 
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
• Experience using design tools such as Canva or InDesign. 

This role might require travelling within Australia.
