We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to support our Partners and Business Development Manager with activities across Australia, New Zealand and occasionally SE Asia.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to support our Partners and Business Development Manager with activities across Australia, New Zealand and occasionally SE Asia. As our Office Manager, you will oversee daily office operations, provide comprehensive administrative support, and contribute to business development initiatives. Your positive and proactive approach will help maintain a welcoming and organised office environment, fostering efficiency and productivity.

How you will spend your time:  

  • Manage Partners' diaries and assist with travel arrangements, expenses, meeting scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
  • Help plan and organise company events and gatherings.
  • Provide project or financial administration support as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Assist the Business Development team in developing Business Development and sales processes.
  • Update Hubspot with meeting records, notes, next steps, deals, and client contact details.
  • Research companies to understand their operations, financials, business news, leadership changes, and connections to C-suite members.
  • Assist with general office maintenance, ensuring a clean and organised workplace.

What you will need to succeed:  

  • Experience in office management or a related administrative position.
  • Qualification in business administration, management, or a related field is desirable.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks within agreed timeframes and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Well-developed communication skills with a natural ability to build great relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and the ability to utilize various tools and systems for enhanced efficiency.
  • Experience or familiarity with business development activities is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the procurement industry will be viewed favourably.
  • A positive "can-do" mindset with a proactive "how can I help you" approach
