The team

Synergy’s People and Orgranisational Development Practice is going through an exciting period of growth and we are looking for early career Senior Consultants and Consultants who are problem solvers, innovative, highly engaged, and who keen to learn and build new opportunities.

Our team is a mix of expertise, skills and backgrounds. We are looking for people with experience in stakeholder engagement, human resources, communications, change management. You might have a background in consulting, organisational psychology, human resources, marketing, or have worked in the public service and are looking for a new challenge.

The position

You must be interested in working with people and organisations, a true team player, a strong oral and written communicator. You will be open to learning and developing yourself and others in the team. You will also be agile in your thinking, a good listener, keen to learn new things, be comfortable with ambiguity, and curious about people.

It is essential that you are an Australian Citizen.
