A Day in the Life...

Elabor8 Scrum Masters:

• Promote the continuous improvement of both the product and the internal team environment by facilitating and acting as examples of key agile principles and Scrum ceremonies
• Ensure the business and development teams are working harmoniously by advocating transparency and collaboration
• Assist the Product Owner and development and/or business teams in conducting and optimizing the release pipeline by organising features into regular sprints/iterations
• Educate the organisation and drive organisational change. Our scrum masters find a way to introduce new ideas and initiate change by influencing and showcasing the success of their teams.

About you

You are an experienced Iteration Manager or Scrum Master with hands-on experience leading and coaching business and digital/software teams in Agile techniques and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, LeSS, or SAFe).

You lead by example, sharing your experience with scrum, your enthusiasm and passion for all things agile with you to bring your teams and wider associates along with you on the Agile transformation journey. You don't dogmatically follow a theoretical approach but display adaptability and flexibility and a people focus in your work.

You are confident in your abilities to work autonomously on client sites, using Agile methodologies to lead and drive teams towards innovative solutions that satisfy business needs.

We may require you to work with clients in different locations in Queensland, to fulfill the needs of your role, and may at times be required to travel to carry out your duties.
