Grosvenor is looking for Managers (minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of professional services experience) 

The individual will work as a member of the Sydney team (applicants for our Melbourne and Canberra offices will also be considered). Our environment is very collaborative, and we have people in the office three days a week. 

We are looking for candidates that have the right cultural and experiential fit with Grosvenor. The ideal applicants will demonstrate:

  • the candidate should have experience in at least one of the following areas:
    > property / corporate real estate advisory, and/or 
    > procurement / contract management, and/or,
    > public sector advisory (strategy, operating models, change management, program evaluation, governance and / or service delivery improvement)
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • a relentless focus on quality thinking 
  • high attention to detail 
  • a growth mindset, underpinned by a willingness to learn and admit mistakes
  • willingness to participate, support and encourage your teammates
  • experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • experience delivering successful projects on behalf of clients, including managing multiple projects 
  • strong communication (both written and oral) and stakeholder engagement skills
  • the ability to quickly build lasting, trusting relationships with our team and clients, demonstrating impeccable soft skills and emotional intelligence to understand and adapt to changing situations quickly (and keep up with a fast-paced environment) 
  • a flexible, friendly, proactive, and fun attitude
