Decision Inc. picks up Salesforce specialist ProQuest Consulting
Australian Salesforce specialist ProQuest Consulting has been picked up by South African-headquartered management and technology consultancy Decision Inc for an undisclosed sum.
Established in Sydney in 2007, ProQuest Consulting provides a range of strategy, implementation, and managed services around the Salesforce suite for clients in the financial services, energy & utilities, consumer goods, and public sectors.
Decision Inc. is meanwhile based out of Johannesburg with further branches in the UK and Australia, the latter which will almost triple its local headcount with the addition of 45 professionals including CEO Aymeric Zito.

Zito has been with ProQuest Consulting since 2010 and will continue as a managing director alongside founder and sales director Clive Roberts, with the business to reportedly retain its own branding and operate as before. Meanwhile, Decision Inc promoted Tony Butler as its Australian managing director earlier this year, after first joining the firm from a senior director role at NTT in 2021.
Previously led by Aiden Heke, now an advisor at Argon & Co, Decision Inc. has been active in Australia since 2017 through the purchase of information management consultancy ABM Systems, with Alteryx and SnapLogic among a stream of tech partners since added. The firm itself, which has a global headcount now pushing 400, was founded three years earlier by CEO Nick Bell.
