Lam Truong to lead Slalom’s Allshore & Modern Operations offering in APAC
Global business technology consultancy Slalom has appointed Australia-based Lam Truong to spearhead the expansion of its Allshore & Modern Operations capabilities across the Asia Pacific region.
Slalom’s Allshore offering is a next-generation delivery model designed to provide clients with the right teams at the right time and place. It combines local experts together with talent across locations worldwide, with the aim to deliver high-quality and cost-efficient solutions throughout the entire technology delivery lifecycle.
The Modern Operations offering meanwhile focuses on operating and enhancing cloud-native applications and services by leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and cutting-edge tools to ensure unmatched reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
US-headquartered Slalom, which has over 10,000 team members in ten countries, successfully operates in Allshore & Modern Operations proposition in several markets, with Lam Truong now brought on board to lead its further adoption in Asia Pacific. Slalom serves the region through its offices in Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
Appointed a Managing Director, Truong brings over 24 years of experience in IT, with a background including successfully managing complex IT projects that drive business growth and innovation. He has been with Slalom since 2020, when he crossed to the firm following two decades at Accenture. At Slalom, he has played a key role in establishing the data engineering capability and leading the engineering team for Slalom Build in Melbourne.
