Deborah Holtham joins financial services specialist IQ Group as Chief Strategy Officer
Financial services sector specialist IQ Group has appointed Deborah Holtham as its new Chief Strategy Officer.
Deborah Holtham joins IQ Group after having most recently served as head of technology for service operations engineering at ANZ bank, before which she led DXC Technology’s workplace & mobility strategic growth sales function for Australia and New Zealand as part of a 25-year career.
IQ Group has been in business for 25 years and today has offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
In the least, IQ Group has been led by chief executive Brian Peters for the past ten years after joining from a regional director role with former local IT consultancy UXC in 2015, which was acquired by CSC in the same year and later formed part of its merger with HP’s enterprise services division in the creation of DXC. In this respect, he and Holtham are well-acquainted.
The newly-appointed IQ Group chief strategy officer also spent time at UXC, as a managing partner, before later overseeing DXC’s digital transformation consulting practice with a stint in between as Australasia head of consulting at Orange Business Services. She was previously the long-term CEO of UXC Consulting foundation business Opticon.
