Healthcare consultancy firm Core Connect Group has welcomed Tiffany Chiew to its team as Executive Director, strengthening its leadership base in New South Wales.

Based out of Sydney, Tiffany Chiew brings over two decades of healthcare experience to Core Connect Group. During her career, she has played an important role in the supply, commissioning, and lifecycle management of Radiology and Oncology equipment, gained insights into the public-private and corporate healthcare landscape, and been involved with large infrastructure investments.

Chiew has held clinical, commercial, and operational leadership roles, most recently serving as General Manager of Capital and Service at Paragon Care, overseeing multiple business units and delivering on growth and operational targets across the institutional healthcare sector. Her role involved strategic sales leadership, OEM partnerships, and driving value across government agencies, hospitals, private clinics, and universities.

In her new role, Tiffany will serve as the key operational executive within Core Connect Group, responsible for the execution of the strategic plan, operational efficiency, and the successful delivery of projects across the business.

Commenting on the appointment, Pat Wheaton, Managing Director of Core Connect Group, said: “Tiffany’s unique blend of clinical, commercial, and strategic experience aligns perfectly with the diverse and complex needs of our clients. Her appointment strengthens our leadership team and positions us to further expand our capabilities in delivering outcomes-focused healthcare projects. We are thrilled to welcome Tiffany to the firm.”

A boutique consultancy founded in 2016, Core Connect Group specialises in asset optimisation (in areas such as medical equipment, radiology, furniture, etc). The consulting firm also supports its clients with operational excellence, procurement, and tech-driven innovation.

“I see a strong alignment between Core Connect Group’s mission to drive innovation, operational excellence, and health asset optimisation and my experience in leadership, internal advisory and project delivery,” said Chiew.

“Having worked in both hospital operations and roles focused on the supply, commissioning, and whole-of-life maintenance of Radiology and Oncology equipment, I bring a deep understanding of public-private healthcare interfaces and infrastructure investment. I’m excited by the opportunity to contribute to CCG’s growth strategies and client outcomes through innovative technologies and service offerings that improve efficiency and enhance patient care.”

Tiffany Chiew will officially commence in her new role on 1 July 2025.
