Argon & Co welcomes David Rotor to Australian partner team
Argon & Co has appointed David Rotor as a partner in its Australian business.
Based out of Melbourne, David Rotor brings with him deep expertise at the intersection of operations, maintenance, supply chain, and procurement. He has spent over two decades advising C-suite executives, boards, and government stakeholders across sectors, including mining and metals, infrastructure, healthcare, and telecommunications.
His experience includes partner roles at global consulting firms Deloitte, Bain & Company, and, most recently, Partners in Performance (part of Accenture). During his time in management consulting, Rotor has worked with major clients such as Alcoa, Rio Tinto, BHP, South32, Melbourne Water, Aurizon, and NBN.
At Argon & Co, Rotor will focus on clients in the Heavy Industry and Industrial sectors – two of the firm's fastest-growing areas in the region.
“David’s appointment reflects our commitment to building a leading proposition in Heavy Industry and Industrial,” said Paul Eastwood, Managing Partner of the APAC region. “His proven track record and ability to lead cross-functional programs in highly complex environments will be instrumental in delivering sustained value for our clients.”
“It’s exciting to join the strong Argon & Co team in Australia. I love our practical approach to deliver results that matter to our client and being part of the respectful and inclusive culture they’ve built,” Rotor said. “Argon & Co has a powerful combination of advisory and solutions that helps clients unlock efficiency, build resilience, and deliver real operational performance. I’m looking forward to working with our teams and clients where it matters most; on site, every day.”
Globally, Argon & Co has 17 offices across Europe, Australasia, America, Asia and the Middle East. Following the firm’s recent acquisition in Germany, the company has over 850 consultants and staff.
