Argon & Co launches Strategic Design label for enterprise-wide transformation
Bevington Group, which was acquired by Argon & Co around two years ago, has officially transitioned to ‘Strategic Design by Argon & Co’.
The integration combines Bevington Group’s expertise in strategic and operating model design with Argon & Co’s operational transformation and execution capabilities, offering clients an end-to-end service for the delivery of transformation projects across the Asia Pacific region.
Paul Eastwood, Managing Partner of APAC and US at Argon & Co, said the new Strategic Design label expands the firm’s ability in the region to support enterprise-wide transformation programs by ensuring implementation, people, process and operational considerations are embedded into strategic planning from the outset.
“This is a significant step forward for our Asia-Pacific business, bringing together complementary capabilities that reinforce our ability to support clients across the full transformation journey,” said Eastwood.
“The pace of change facing organisations continues to accelerate, creating a need for more connected approaches to transformation. By enhancing our expertise with Strategic Design by Argon & Co, we are better positioned to help clients adapt, evolve and realise value from change initiatives.”
Roger Perry, Managing Partner of Strategic Design by Argon & Co, added: “We are excited about this next chapter as Bevington Group becomes Strategic Design by Argon & Co. It enables clients to work with one integrated partner across strategy development and execution rather than fragmented advisory and delivery providers. For our clients, this means a more integrated way to move from idea to impact, supported by enhanced global scale.”
Argon & Co acquired Bevington Group in October 2024 as part of a broader acquisition campaign that also included Caliba and Pollen Consulting Group. The acquisitions strengthened Argon & Co’s position as one of the leading consultancies in Australia across its core areas of expertise – operations strategy, supply chain, procurement and business transformation.
