KordaMentha expands services portfolio with executive search offering

KordaMentha has expanded its services portfolio with the launch of an Executive Search practice, headed by partners Clare McCartin and Seamus Scanlon.

Founded in 2002, KordaMentha is now a 600-person firm that has expanded from its traditional heritage in restructuring and insolvency to support clients across cyber security, financial crime, forensics, project management advisory, large-scale implementation, performance improvement, procurement & supply chain, risk advisory, and technology & data.

With the move into executive search, the consulting firm is expanding beyond advisory to also support clients with permanent and interim appointments. The practice focuses on senior-level headhunts, primarily supporting board, CEO and executive leadership appointments.

The practice also provides leadership assessment and succession-related advisory services, with particular focus on organisations operating in complex, high-profile or regulated environments.

KordaMentha CEO and Co-Founder Mark Korda said the launch of the Executive Search practice comes in response to growing demand for senior leadership capability, particularly as public sector and purpose-led organisations manage increasing delivery pressures, transformation programmes and stakeholder scrutiny.
