Infor welcomes Argon & Co’s NEOS to its Asia-Pacific partner network
NEOS, the supply chain solutions implementation arm of Argon & Co, has been admitted to Infor’s partner network.
As part of Infor’s partner ecosystem, NEOS will manage the complete sales, implementation and support lifecycle for Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS), combining Argon & Co’s business transformation and systems integration expertise with Infor’s cloud-native warehouse management technology and deep supply chain and operational expertise.
The partnership spans the entire Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on key markets including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
For Infor, the partnership expands its capacity to support clients with proven implementation expertise. Infor’s consulting and IT partners are vetted before being admitted to its partner network, helping ensure customers have access to experienced providers with the capabilities required to deploy and support its solutions.
“Local channel partners are central to our growth strategy across the Asia-Pacific region,” said Geoff Thomas, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific at Infor. “NEOS brings supply chain expertise and implementation capability, making them a great partner to help organisations modernise their warehouse operations.”
“This partnership combines Infor’s advanced warehouse management capabilities with NEOS’ practical supply chain and implementation expertise to help clients achieve measurable, lasting improvements in supply chain performance.”
For Argon & Co, the partnership deepens its supply chain and warehouse offering with one of the leading solutions in the market. In Gartner’s latest Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems, Infor was named a Leader for the eighth consecutive year.
Its solution supports agile fulfilment through a single, intuitive platform that combines advanced warehousing capabilities with built-in labour, task and inventory management. The solution also offers users advanced technologies, including generative AI, agentic AI and advanced analytics.
“Our portfolio of agentic orchestration, process mining and industry automation helps customers get practical innovation embedded in day-to-day processes, not just a technology refresh. As demand for modern warehouse management capabilities continues to grow across the region, we’re committed to partners who understand supply chain planning, manufacturing and distribution on the ground,” Thomas said.
Commenting on the partnership, Luke Tomkin, Partner and APAC Lead for NEOS at Argon & Co, said: “Many organisations invest in warehouse technology expecting it to transform performance, but the software alone cannot deliver that outcome. The strongest results come when technology is designed around how the warehouse operates, integrated with the wider supply chain and supported by the right processes and people.”
