Moore promotes duo in Local Government Services team

Moore has announced the promotion of Chris Linnell to Director and Jessica Spark to Associate Director within its Local Government Services team.

Linnell brings extensive executive and advisory experience across local government in Western Australia, South Australia and New Zealand, including chief executive and senior corporate, community and planning roles

“Local government has been a significant part of my professional life for more than 25 years, so stepping into the Director role at Moore is both an exciting opportunity and a privilege. Having worked across the sector, I understand the challenges local governments face and the importance of practical, trusted advice. I look forward to building on the strong relationships already established by the team and working with local governments across Australia,” said Linnell.

Spark has spent more than a decade supporting local government clients at Moore, with specialist experience in integrated planning and reporting, community engagement and long-term strategic planning, along with ten years of experience as a local government officer.

Across Australia, Moore has over 600 staff working from 13 offices nationwide. Its Local Government Services team offers services in accounting, tax, audit and advisory.
