Synergy Group admits Mandy Hill into its partnership
Synergy Group has promoted Mandy Hill to partner, lifting the size of its partnership to fifteen.
Mandy Hill has been with the national management consulting firm since the summer of 2016, having re-joined the firm following a two-year spell at two other employers.
In her first spell at Synergy Group, Hill led a multi-million dollar program to transition a federal government department's ICT infrastructure services from long term, commercially outsourced and in-house provided arrangements, to a shared services arrangement with another federal government department. She also led the delivery of strategic ICT-enabling projects across several public sector bodies.
Fast forward a few years, and Hill most recently was an Executive Director, leading project management and continuous improvement offerings to government sector clients. In one of her most recent projects, she worked on a major inter-Departmental transformation program, involving a technology-driven business transformation and a major organisational change management. Synergy Group was a partner of the programme, and contributed to the realisation of numerous business benefits.
Previously, Hill delivered a highly transition of HR and payroll services from one Government agency on the PeopleSoft platform to another on the SAP platform, within budget and on time. As the project manager, she was involved throughout the entire process, from planning and design and build, to testing, data migration and go-live. Hill also led several stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
According to her own LinkedIn profile, her notable strengths include: communicating effectively with and managing expectations of Senior Executive stakeholders, leading and motivating high performing teams to deliver intended outcomes, taking a collaborative approach to developing co-designed, fit for purpose solutions that integrate people, process and technology, and introducing rigour and transparency into program delivery.
Synergy Group’s 15 partners lead a team of 250 full time consultants and approximately 50 associated contractors.
