Coralee Fitzgibbon joins GHD as APAC leader for inclusion & diversity
Global engineering consultancy GHD has welcomed to Coralee Fitzgibbon to its leadership team.
Joining the firm from the Bank of New Zealand, Fitzgibbon has been appointed Inclusion & Diversity Leader Asia Pacific, tasked with advancing the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion agenda in the region. She will report to Canada-based Sadaf Parvaiz, who joined GHD in March this year as the company’s inaugural Global Inclusion & Diversity Leader.
Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Fitzgibbon will advise GHD’s operations in Australia, New Zealand, Philippines and the Pacific, and work closely with leadership, employee resource groups, the Global I&D Council and HR team to help achieve the firm’s overall diversity goals.

At the Bank of New Zealand, Fitzgibbon spent the past three years dedicated to improving the institutions diversity & inclusion practices, supporting the bank’s drive in building a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace, as well as its contribution to society and communities.
Earlier in her career, she worked in market research and marketing at among others Kantar subsidiary Colmar Brunton and Lotto New Zealand. Fitzgibbon graduated from the University of Auckland with a master’s degree in Psychology, and completed further tertiary education at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
