Prior to that she was with BT Financial Group and AXA across eight years, before which she spent seven years with the UK practice of KPMG, rising to audit manager in Bristol – the city where she gained a bachelors in economics and accounting with law in 2000.

Keating also spent more than a decade with the Department of Education & Training, latterly as an executive director for Infrastructure and Sustainability.
