Defence consultancy Coras adds four consultants to its team
Defence-focused consultancy Coras has over the past weeks welcomed four new consultants to its team.
Based in Canberra, Adam Szlicht has a dozen years of experience in defence as a consultant and in uniform. He most recently served BCT Solutions (part of Accenture) as a Manager, and before that he worked in KPMG’s consulting wing. Appointed a Project Director, Szlicht specialises in the delivery of complex programs focused on logistics, risk management, safety, capability development and digitisation.
Kieran Jarrett joined Coras with a dozen years of experience as an electronic technician, specialising in weapons and electrical warfare before pursuing his career as a system engineer and project manager. He spent the past year at engineering consultancy Jacobs, having previously worked thirteen years for the Australian Navy. Jarrett is a Senior Consultant, based in Adelaide.
Appointed a Senior Consultant in the Sydney office, Deborah Hynes brings a background specialising in electrical and systems engineering in the defence and telecommunications sectors. She joined the firm from L3Harris Technologies, and previously served Navantia.
Transitioning into the world of consulting from the Australian Army after seven years, Henry Mahood previously was a combat engineer, specialising in among others explosive hazard reduction. At Coras, he has been appointed a Consultant, based in the firm’s Canberra office.
Founded in 2015, Coras provides a range of management consulting services to the Australian defence sector, including in the areas of business and commercial advisory, asset management, program and project delivery, and governance and assurance. The company prides itself on its deep industry knowledge of the local defence landscape.
