Growth-focused consultancy Tightrope has strengthened the team with three consultants, who all cross from Accenture Interactive (now Accenture Song).

Launched last year, Tightrope specialises in design and performance improvement services for the digital world, with a focus on the commercial side of businesses – sales and marketing, customer, channel, and product.

Since launching, the seven-month-old consulting firm – which is a subsidiary of RyanCap – has enjoyed growing demand for its services, with a trio of hires now welcomed to support new clients and help shape the firm’s further growth ambitions.

Chris Dobson joins Tightrope as the second partner, leaving his current role as director at Accenture. Dobson brings over ten years of experience in consulting, helping organisations unlock growth potential through business design and transformation.

Dobson spent close to a decade in Accenture Song and Accenture Strategy, having previously worked as a sustainability and climate change consultant at SCS.

Commenting on his move, Dobson said, “I’m excited to be joining the team at Tightrope. We share a common belief in the value of combining data and design to unlock the untapped growth potential. While many consultancies and agencies offer these capabilities in isolation, it’s the seamless collaboration and encouraged diversity of perspective that makes the Tightrope proposition compelling.”

Sejal Jamnadas joins Tightrope as an associate director. She spent five years at Accenture, bringing expertise in growth and product strategy, business transformation, and strategic and organisational design capabilities to the team.

Annika Chan spent around three years at Accenture, most recently within its Fjord division. At Tightrope, she has been appointed a senior consultant.

Stijn De Vriendt, who launched Tightrope following a 15-year career in consulting (most recently at Accenture), said, “Every individual brings distinct yet complimentary experience and capabilities to the table. In the next four months, we will further expand the team with another three hires to meet the increasing demand from clients.”
