Mark Ryan and Rachel Sharrock join Right Lane Consulting
Right Lane Consulting has strengthened its team with Mark Ryan and Rachel Sharrock. Both new colleagues have joined as a project assistant.
Mark Ryan brings over a decade of experience to Right Lane Consulting. He has a background in communications and content creation, and most recently worked as a patient information officer for Oxford University Hospital Trust, managing information processes, reporting and data presentations.
In the role of project assistant, Ryan assists the firm’s consultants with a variety of project management tasks, such as delivering project activities, planning and scheduling, the creation of deliverables, financials tracking, and reporting.
“Mark’s experience and rigour for processes and systems will make him a great asset as he supports consulting teams to deliver to the quality and high standards for our clients,” said Chiara Lawry, the CEO of Right Lane Consulting.
Rachel Sharrock brings over two decades of experience to the role. She has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector having worked recently with Relationships Australia Victoria as a project administrator driving program engagement and administering training and at Jesuit Social Services in both a coordinator and business support role.
Sharrock was attracted to Right Lane Consulting because of the firm’s purpose values and B Corp status (Right Lane Consulting was back in 2017 one of the first larger Australian management consultancy to gain B Corp status). “Rachel brings an energy and drive to our team,” said Lawry.
Founded in 1997, Right Lane Consulting offers strategic, organisational and project services to private, not for profit and public sector clients. The Melbourne-based consulting firm has a team of over 30 consultants and staff.
