Prof Consulting Group welcomes four associates to Aussie team
Melbourne-based Prof Consulting Group has added four new associates to its team in Australia.
An award-winning consultancy specialised in helping retail and grocery players with delivering commercial excellence, Prof Consulting Group works with a core team of consultants and an international network of associates (among others in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East).

Sam Watson brings a proven track record at the highest level of retailing to the firm, including senior commercial roles with UK retailer Tesco’s. She becomes Prof Consulting Group’s first Associate based in Western Australia, an important food and beverage producing region with strong export opportunities.
Watson specialises in market growth, business development and go-to-market planning, and helps clients build and execute plans for commercial success.
Cristina Lesseur strengthen the firm’s strategic capabilities, helping clients set clear strategic objectives, focus their business development, and increase market share – all critical factors for long-term success. Her key achievements include senior technical roles with Australian food manufacturer Simplot, leading initiatives across branded growth and private label strategies.
Peter Turcich joins Prof Consulting Group as a specialist in sustainable packaging, strengthening the firm’s sustainability offering. He has worked extensively across the food packaging sector internationally, including roles as liquid packaging specialist with Scholle and New Zealand-based Eco Store.
Turcich will help Prof Consulting Group’s clients with the greening of their packaging solutions while maintaining operational performance, in order to meet public commitments and build customer trust. He is based in South Australia.
Collin Slater brings experience in supply chain and operations across the (international) food and non-food manufacturing landscape to the firm. His experience spans international manufacturing quality standards across supply chains, compliance programmes, supply chain transparency, retailer requirements and social auditing standards for international brands, major retailers, and non-profits.
