Hot on the heels of completing the integration of Auckland-based Intent Group, Argon & Co’s dealmakers have struck yet again in the ANZ region with the acquisition of Fuzzy LogX.

Based in Australia, Fuzzy LogX is a boutique logistics consultancy (11 staff) specialised in intralogistics, with particular expertise in warehouse automation and technology.

“Their intralogistics capabilities are the best in the region,” stated Paul Eastwood, Argon & Co’s managing partner for Australia & New Zealand. “Combined with our logistics, operations, and supply chain capabilities it means that together we can turbo-charge our end-to-end offering.”

Argon & Co is a management consultancy that specialises in operations strategy, procurement and supply chain transformation. Originally from Europe (with French and British roots), the consulting firm has over the past years been ramping up its scale and geographic coverage, with Australia & New Zealand one of its key growth markets.

Having entered the region through the 2018 acquisition of Crimson & Co, Argon & Co accelerated last year through the acquisitions of Pollen Consulting Group and Intent Group. Today, Argon & Co has 110 staff across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland.

“We are excited to join the Argon & Co family,” said Jeff Triantafilo, partner at Fuzzy LogX. “This is an opportunity for our business to continue to provide bespoke and specialist services to new and existing clients while maintaining our personalised approach. With our clear mandate to deliver end-to-end operational transformation delivery services, I believe we are now uniquely positioned to create better workplaces and build a brighter future together.”

Fellow partner and Dutchman Bas Schilders added: “Fuzzy LogX has earned its place as the de facto intralogistics consultancy in ANZ by focusing solely on what is best for our clients and going above and beyond what is requested of us to provide support through thick and thin. Being part of the Argon & Co team will give our clients access to an impressive array of complementary expertise.”

As part of the integration, Schilders and Triantafilo will lead Argon & Co’s intralogistics offering in Australia & New Zealand. The duo will also work side-by-side with international teams to further develop the global logistics proposition.
