William Buck adds Chris Leahy and Kyle Wathen to advisory team

William Buck has expanded its Business Advisory practice with two new directors: Chris Leahy and Kyle Wathen.

Both new joiners cross from counterpart Fordham Group, where they spent a combined two decades in the firm’s advisory practice.

Appointed a director in Melbourne, Leahy specialises in finance, business performance, tax advisory, and performance improvement, serving companies across sectors. He re-joins William Buck ten years after leaving the firm to pursue a career internationally, holding executive roles in Vietnam and Cameroon. He most recently was a partner at Fordham Group.

Also based out of Melbourne, Wathen brings extensive experience in business growth, commercial improvement, dispute resolution, business succession, and management buyouts to William Buck. He works for clients across sectors, with a focus on the property and construction sector, building on early career experience gained in the sector prior to joining Fordham Group fourteen years ago.

In January, William Buck boosted its Business Advisory practice with five new directors, and last month, fellow-Victoria based Ross Burt was promoted to the director rank.
