Andrew McPhee and Slade Sherman join CX strategy boutique Strativity

Strativity, a boutique strategy consultancy specialised in customer experience (CX), has strengthened its senior team in Australia with two new directors: Andrew McPhee and Slade Sherman.

Andrew McPhee brings 20 years of experience in strategy, customer, digital, operations and change management to Strativity, gained both in consulting as well as in industry at blue-chip institutions and start-ups.

After serving ANZ Bank and Australia Post, in 2017 McPhee founded Synergist, an innovation consulting business focused on delivering customer-centric transformation in the biotech and health sector.

A qualified organisational coach with Level III accreditation with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, McPhee works at all levels within an organisation to ensure contextually appropriate solutions are designed, communicated, implemented and embedded.

“Andrew has extensive experience operating in marketing, product and CX functions leveraging agile and design/innovation methods,” said Brad Meehan, managing director at Strativity. “He understands how organisations work and helps his clients navigate challenges to deliver real results that stick. We are delighted to welcome him.”

Slade Sherman has over two decades of experience working with (senior) management on challenges relating to competitive strategy, proposition development, customer engagement, product design, digital strategy, data management, technology and large-scale transformation.

Prior to joining Strativity, Sherman held chief operating officer and chief experience officer roles with News Corp and iSelect. Before this, he led the Digital and Technology team at Buzz Products where he created differentiated experiences and for hundreds of brands across insurance, financial services, consumer goods, energy, e-commerce, publishing, media and membership services.

Sherman is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

“Slade will work with a range of local and multinational clients to help them translate strategic intent into digital and operational reality. It is wonderful to welcome him aboard,” said Meehan.

The addition of McPhee and Sherman lifts Strativity’s director tally to 17 nationally. The award-winning Sydney-based consulting firm was founded thirteen years ago.
