August Consulting adds Jackie Ellison and Liz Monaghan to team

Procurement and supply chain specialist firm August Consulting has welcomed two new members to its team: Jackie Ellison and Liz Monaghan.

An accomplished procurement professional, Ellison brings cross-functional competencies in strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiation, supplier relationship development, price risk management and change project management to the consulting firm.

Her depth of experience in end-to-end procurement across different sectors includes fast-moving consumer goods, consumer healthcare and food manufacturing, in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

At August Consulting, Ellison works on cross-functional, state-wide projects, engaging multiple stakeholders across multi-national organisations in complex or highly volatile markets, to deliver procurement initiatives and savings for clients. She also advises clients on strategic sourcing matters and data analysis.

Working closely with the Brisbane team, Monaghan focuses on procurement, strategic insights and business improvement services.

She brings a diverse set of skills from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to the firm, including in higher education, vocational education and training, early childhood and energy futures.

Monaghan’s experience includes project management, strategic insights, company reviews and change management, and drawing meaningful insights form complex data sets to drive business change and improvement.
