Findex adds 34 new partners to ANZ leadership group
Accounting and advisory firm Findex has made 34 partnership and associate partner promotions across its expansive network of regional and metropolitan offices, including five in New Zealand.
Unlike just about every other firm in the professional services space, the number of senior promotions equalled that of the corresponding period last year, and follow close on the heels of a further push into in regional Queensland via dual acquisitions.
“The expansion of our leadership team reflects our broad regional footprint and our focus on developing local and diverse talent while delivering quality work, creating a positive impact in the communities around us,” the firm stated.
Findex noted that 60 percent of its new partnership group this year was promoted from within the company, with the elevations occurring in every Australian capital city along with outlets in Townsville, the Gold Coast, Nambour, Albury, Dubbo, Mildura and Greater Western Sydney.
The five in New Zealand covered all of Auckland, Wellington, Invercargill and Waipukurau.
