Sandpiper installs leadership team for Australia and New Zealand arm

International communications and public affairs agency Sandpiper has refreshed the leadership team for its Australia and New Zealand business.

Appointed to the newly created role of Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand is Francesca Boase, who has been with the firm since the first quarter of this year and will continue in her dual role of Global Managing Director for Professional Services.

Prior to joining Sandpiper, Boase held senior roles in EY’s Brand, Marketing and Communications function, latterly serving as Communications Director for Oceania.

Meanwhile, Eddie Morton has been installed as the leader of Sandpiper’s Australia operations, while Camille Middleditch continues in her role as leader of the New Zealand division.

Morton is a public affairs specialist, with expertise in government relations, issues, and crisis management across Asia Pacific. Middleditch has been with Sandpiper for close to two years, and is a member of the Energy and ESG practice.
