Invartis Consulting expands into Australia with Melbourne office
International player Invartis Consulting has launched a new office in Australia, its sixth worldwide.
Headquartered in Singapore, Invartis Consulting is a specialist firm dedicated to the investment management industry. Key offerings to clients include investments strategy, business model transformation, operations, ESG, data management, digital and technology, and process outsourcing.
“We’ve been providing management consulting services to the investment management industry since 2013,” said chief executive and managing partner Gordon Brown. “Our mission is to help investment managers plan for the future and build sustainable competitive advantage.”
The entry into Australia comes in response to growing client demand for its expertise, said Brown. The firm also has spotted lucrative growth opportunities locally – Australia’s superannuation and wealth sectors have trillions of assets under management.
“We are delighted to announce our expansion into the Australian and New Zealand markets. We look forward to working with clients in the region,” said Brown.
The new Melbourne office is led by Nigel Jansz, who has been named country head. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise in data and technology transformation programs across asset management, asset servicing, and superannuation. He previously was a partner at EY, and before that spent years at Deloitte and at Goldman Sachs. He began his career at National Australia Bank.
Jansz said Invartis Consulting brings a deep investment management industry expertise backed by practical hands-on implementation experience in complex transformation programmes. “There is huge opportunity to bring that expertise and best practice to bear, supporting Australian superannuation and wealth sector clients in their drive to be more efficient and technology-enabled.”
Alongside Singapore and Melbourne, Invartis Consulting also has offices in Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Los Angeles, and Toronto.
