At RPS, we are always looking to connect with talented, motivated professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of infrastructure. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced advisory environment and is excited by the opportunity to work on major public and private sector projects — we would love to hear from you.

We invite expressions of interest from individuals with experience in procurement transactions and commercial management, who are ready to play a hands-on role in the development and delivery of major transport, utilities, social infrastructure, and renewables projects.

What You Can Expect

As a Consultant in our Advisory Services – Commercial and Infrastructure Delivery team, you will:

  • Work closely with senior colleagues and client executives to design and implement creative and commercially sound infrastructure delivery strategies.
  • Provide input into complex transaction processes, including the development of market engagement materials, tender documentation, and evaluation reports.
  • Help manage contract administration and support the delivery of high-value outcomes for both public and private sector clients.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our advisory practice, through collaboration, innovation, and client engagement.

Who We're Keen to Hear From

If you bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Law, Engineering, Project Management or a related field;
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement transactions or commercial delivery or 5 to 10 years experience at the Associate director level;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams;
  • A practical, analytical mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities;

…then we’d welcome the opportunity to learn more about you.

Why Express Interest?
