Professional services firm PwC has added three new partners in Australia, including recruits Nick P’ng and Kerryl Bradshaw in Melbourne and Perth, and Brisbane-based promotee Robert Kopel.

P’ng joins as a technology transformation partner from Microsoft, where Bradshaw, a new partner in the firm’s energy & infrastructure team, was also previously employed. Meanwhile, Kopel joined PwC as a data & AI specialist in 2019.

“PwC is delighted to welcome three outstanding leaders to our partnership this week,” stated Australian CEO Kevin Burrowes. “We are off to a busy start to 2025 and I know our newest partners will continue to drive that momentum.”

Nick P’ng re-joins PwC as a Microsoft alliance partner after spending the past five years at the global tech giant as strategic partnerships sales lead for Asia, before which he was a tech sales leader for Accenture’s retail segment. Earlier, he spent over a decade at Microsoft-Accenture joint venture Avanade, after having originally kicked off his career in 2002 with a brief analyst stint at PwC.

Kerryl Bradshaw brings over two decades of experience in the mining & resources industry, including four years at Microsoft as resources director. She is also currently a member of the CSIRO’s energy advisory group, and most recently served as CFO and interim CEO at BCI Minerals. Earlier she was the APAC regional director of Advisian, and spent close to a decade in various roles at Rio Tinto.

Meanwhile, Robert Kopel has been promoted to partner after joining the firm as a lead data scientist in 2019, and was credited as a driving force behind last year’s launch of PwC’s AI Centre of Excellence – with PwC noting that he continues to play a key role in bringing AI-led innovations to its clients and teams. Previously, he designed automation systems for National Transport Insurance.
