TXM Lean Solutions expands senior team with four experts
Melbourne-headquartered TXM Lean Solutions has strengthened its team in Australia and internationally with four new senior colleagues.
In Western Australia, Michael Forster has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant. He is a seasoned project manager and business improvement consultant with a track record of successfully delivering high-value projects and ensuring operational readiness across various industries including mining, rail, health, and automotive.
In New Zealand, Peter Maunder has joined the senior team. He has over 20 years of expertise in lean manufacturing, specialising in process optimisation and operational efficiency. His extensive background includes working with Toyota in New Zealand, where he successfully implemented lean strategies that resulted in significant cost savings and productivity improvements.
Meanwhile, in Canada, TXM Lean Solutions welcomed Fadi Dagher and Peter Kuttenkeuler.
Fadi Dagher is an operations management professional with over three decades of experience driving transformative change and creating value in diverse industries and businesses of all sizes, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain operations. He specialises in operational excellence methodologies such as lean, TPM, 5S, and other continuous improvement practices.
Dagher has held leadership roles across multiple industries, at organisations of varying scales, from small enterprises like Taste of Nature Foods and North West Rubber, to mid-size companies like Multy Home Products and ATS Automation, as well as large multinationals such as Procter & Gamble and Molson Coors.
Peter Kuttenkeuler, with a 25-year career in business transformation and continuous improvement, has a proven track record of driving organisational change and fostering a culture of excellence. He has deep proficiency in lean methodologies and in implementing change, ensuring continuous improvement is embedded in organisations and ways of working.
