Kearney promotes Anshuman Sengar Global Lead of Data and AI offering

Kearney has promoted ANZ-based senior partner Anshuman Sengar to global leader of its Data and AI offering.
With a strong track record of delivering innovative data-driven solutions to clients across industries in Australia and New Zealand, Anshuman Sengar will now spearhead the strategic direction and growth of Kearney’s data and artificial intelligence capabilities. In the role, he will oversee teams in more than 40 countries.
Sengar has been working in strategy consulting for close to two decades. He kicked off his career at Boston Consulting Group in India, before moving to Kearney 2011 in sync with his relocation to Australia. He was promoted to partner in 2017, and currently is a senior partner.
An expert in strategy and the execution of large-scale transformation programs, Sengar has in recent years gained extensive expertise in digital strategy and AI. His new appointment will see him taking on a dual role, combining his role as Digital & Analytics practice leader for Asia Pacific with his fresh global remit.
“We’re at a turning point where data and AI are not just tools – they’re the foundation of how organisations will grow, compete, and lead. I’m excited to take on this role and help our clients unlock the full potential of these technologies at scale,” said Sengar.
Ben Smith, Global Lead of the Digital & Analytics practice, said: “Anshuman possesses a remarkable blend of innovative thinking, practical execution, and a client-first mindset. With our belief that Agentic AI will be the catalyst for the next wave of business process reengineering, Anshuman will play a pivotal role in building our AI practice around this vision, and I am excited for him to excel in this role.”
