HR Crowd appoints Ben Bach as leader of New South Wales business

Specialist HR technology consultancy HR Crowd has appointed Ben Bach as Practice Director for its New South Wales (NSW) business unit.

Ben Bach joins HR Crowd with 17 years of experience in human capital management (HCM) systems and HR transformation experience, having led complex programs for blue-chip clients across the Australian and UK public sectors, as well as in the consumer, education, mining, utilities, and gaming industries. He has deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, solution architecture, change management, and HR service delivery design.

Based out of Sydney, Bach will be responsible for growing HR Crowd’s operation in NSW – one of four regional practices alongside Northern, Southern, and New Zealand.
