Andrew Knotts and Carlos Eduardo Cattoi appointed partners at Visagio
Andrew Knotts and Carlos Eduardo Cattoi have been promoted to the Australian partnership of international business consultancy Visagio, having both originally joined the firm as interns.
Knotts hails from Western Australia and joined Visagio in 2018 after gaining experience in engineering and logistics, while Cattoi first spent time with the firm in its Brazilian headquarters from 2015 before arriving downunder the following year.
The latest promotions follow the quartet of new partners added at the start of last year – Alexandre Sander, Raissa Amaral, Luan Mai, and Jack Hill – again, with all four having joined Viasgio as interns before working their way to the top within ten years.
“Carlos and Andrew’s journeys reflect the leadership Visagio continues to invest in and our long-term commitment to building leaders who combine deep problem-solving capability, strong execution, and genuine partnership with clients,” said managing partner Monique Mattos Vimercati. “As our clients navigate increasingly complex and high-impact challenges, we are in constant evolution.”
Andrew Knotts
Knotts has led a broad range of engagements spanning organisational efficiency and transformation, strategy, portfolio evaluation, post-merger integration, and data & analytics, Visagio said of his fast-tracked career at the firm, with those engagements having primarily been focused on the resources and manufacturing sectors throughout the Asia Pacific.
“A monumental start to 2026 both professionally and personally,” Knotts said of his promotion to partner, adding that he also recently married his partner. “This milestone reflects the trust of all of our incredible clients, and the continued support of our generous mentors and all of the talented people I have the privilege to work with everyday.”
Carlos Cattoi
A specialist in supply chain transformation covering end-to-end optimisation, capital project assessment, and value delivery, Cattoi is credited with having led and delivered complex transformation initiatives for clients in the oil & gas, mining, and retail sectors while leveraging advanced analytics and digital solutions to drive operational excellence.
“This journey that began over ten years ago in Brazil has been incredible,” Cattoi said in response to his promotion. “This feels like a team accomplishment, and it wouldn’t have happened without the hundreds of Visagians I’ve met along the way and our clients who’ve partnered with us, trusting us with their challenges and working alongside us every day.”
Cattoi completed his civil engineering degree with the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro before more recently undertaking postgraduate logistics and supply chain management studies through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, while Knotts holds a bachelor of science and first class honours in engineering from the University of Western Australia.
