Discovery Consulting appoints Mark Miranda to lead NSW expansion

Discovery Consulting, a leading SAP consultancy firm, has appointed Mark Miranda to a senior leadership role, tasking him with accelerating the firm’s growth across New South Wales.

An SAP leader with a career spanning HR, payroll, finance and enterprise transformation, Mark Miranda has extensive experience in the SAP landscape. He has helped organisations unlock returns from SAP technologies by reducing manual processes, improving compliance outcomes and strengthening workforce engagement.

“Mark is a people-first leader who understands transformation from the ground up,” said Alistair Elliott, Managing Partner at Discovery Consulting. “He speaks the language of CFOs, understands the realities facing HR and payroll teams, and has a proven ability to bring IT, finance and people leaders together to drive real outcomes.”

In his new role, Miranda will oversee business development, P&L responsibility and team growth across NSW, with a mandate to replicate Discovery Consulting’s success in Victoria by attracting new customers, building high-performing teams,  and expanding long-term client partnerships. “His track record of building and scaling teams makes him the ideal leader to grow our NSW business,” said Elliott.

Miranda will also further strengthen Discovery Consulting’s relationship with SAP, as well as other service providers such as WalkMe, Qualtrics and WorkForce Software.

Founded in 2011, Discovery Consulting is an IT consulting firm with a focus on the ERP and HR domains in the mid-market business landscape. The SAP-focused firm has offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
