Alvarez & Marsal appoints Roshan Emmanuel as Managing Director in M&A team
Global management consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal has strengthened its M&A team in Australia with Roshan Emmanuel.
Appointed as a Managing Director in the Transaction Advisory Group, Roshan Emmanuel brings more than 20 years of professional experience specializing in financial due diligence, advising private equity funds, public and private companies, family offices and pension funds across Australia and Europe.
His sector experience spans retail, consumer goods, industrials, manufacturing, and healthcare, with deep expertise in food and agriculture, including transactions involving meat and protein processors and producers, fruit and vegetable companies, and food and beverage businesses.
Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Emmanuel served as a Partner at PwC in Australia, having spent nearly 21 years with the firm, including more than 14 years in its Deals practices in Sydney and Zurich.
