Melbourne-based dandolopartners appoints three new managers
Melbourne-based management consulting firm dandolopartners has appointed three new Managers.
Samantha Webster has been promoted internally, while Ann Du and Jordan Mendoza have joined the consulting firm as external hires.
Established in 2002, dandolopartners focuses on public impact projects within the public sector landscape. The firm provides policy, strategy and evaluation advice to the federal governments and not-for-profit organisations, including segments such as government, education, health, justice, human services, and cultural institutions.

Samantha Webster has been promoted to Manager after joining dandolopartners as a consultant in 2022. She brings deep expertise in early childhood and inclusion, shaped by an unusual career pathway from early childhood educator and centre director, through PhD research, to consultant. She makes a significant contribution to dandolo’s early years practice.
Ann Du has joined dandolopartners with a background in strategy and planning for medical research institutes, and earlier training as a scientist. Her experience includes working with leaders on questions spanning research, organisational priorities and the broader health and innovation landscape. She will contribute to projects in the biomedical sector focused on better coordinating activity across the commercialisation pipeline, from early development through to scale-up and export.
Jordan Mendoza has joined dandolopartners from the public service, where she advised and worked closely with Ministers and senior leaders. With initial training in social work and a strong track record in the mental health portfolio, she will contribute to the firm’s work with organisations that support young people’s wellbeing.
