Nature promotes Lizi Pritchard and John Crowley to partner
Advisory firm Nature has announced the promotion of Lizi Pritchard and John Crowley to Partner.
The appointments recognise the contribution both advisors have made to the growth of the business, their leadership, and the impact they deliver for Nature’s clients, team and business more broadly.
Founded in 2006, Nature is an independent advisory firm that helps its clients with behavioural science, brand strategy, cultural intelligence and evidence-based insights. The certified B Corporation operates with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and partners with commercial and public-sector organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
Pritchard joined Nature seven years ago as part of the launch of the Sydney office and has played an important role in building the business in the city. She leads some of the firm’s largest client partnerships, and has been instrumental in guiding the business to become a Certified B Corporation.
Commenting on her appointment, Pritchard said: “Being part of Nature’s growth and watching our team and client relationships thrive over the past seven years has been exceptionally rewarding. I’m thrilled to step into the partnership and look forward to building on the great momentum we’ve created together.”
Crowley joined Nature four years ago following a career across the UK and Australia with organisations including TLE and Fifth Dimension. He has deep expertise in customer strategy and experience, particularly in service industries, and leads a number of key client accounts in Sydney. He has played an important role in developing areas of Nature’s thought leadership and intellectual property.
