Mott MacDonald appoints Lindsey Brown as Growth Director for Asia Pacific

Global engineering and advisory group Mott MacDonald has brought Lindsey Brown on board as Growth Director for its Asia Pacific business. She is based in Australia.

Based in Melbourne, Brown joins Mott MacDonald’s regional leadership team with the remit to shape and deliver its growth strategy across its Asia Pacific. Her role includes supporting client relationships, pursuit positioning, strategic business development, recruitment and growth initiatives across all markets.

Mott MacDonald has more than 20,000 people in over 50 countries. In Asia Pacific, the group has over 20 locations, including six in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Sunshine Coast) and five in New Zealand (Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Hamilton and New Plymouth).

She brings over 20 years of experience spanning environmental sustainability, public policy and leadership in the water sector across Australia and internationally. Most recently at GHD, Brown served as the Australian water market leader, significantly increasing revenue over four years. Earlier, she worked for other consultancies and in the public sector in Australia, Africa, and Canada.
