Canberra consultancy Noetic adds raft of new professionals

Canberra-based Noetic Group has added eight new professionals to its team, lifting its headcount to over sixty.

Founded in 2001, by ex-Army officers Andrew Balmaks and Peter Murphy, Noetic Group is a management consulting firm dedicated to the public sector. The firm works across the federal government, national security and defence, not-for-profit and public safety / emergency sectors, supporting its clients with a range of strategic, organisation, business transformation, program delivery and human capital services. 

Following growing demand for its services, Noetic has recently added eight new professionals to its team: 

Lisa Milin (Director)
Specialised in leadership, change management and people development.

Dannya Hu (Director)
Specialised in governance, risk and assurance. Previously served Callida Consulting. 

Ken Snell (Principal Consultant)
Specialised in operations, project management, contract management and human resources. 

Karen Smith (Principal Consultant)
Specialised in business transformation, organisation, project management and change management. 

David Vallance (Junior Consultant / Graduate)
Recently graduated from the Strategic and Defence Studies Centre of the Australian National University. 

Emily King (Junior Consultant / Graduate)
Recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Canberra.

Karen Vitler (HR and Recruitment Manager)
Oversees the HR and recruitment activities of Noetic Group.

Maritta Heiler (Executive Assistant)
Works as the Executive Assistant of the Noetic’s partner and senior team. 

Noetic is led by an 8-strong leadership team comprising co-founders Peter Murphy (Director) and Andrew Balmaks (CEO Noetic Solutions), Jane Brooks (Chief Operating Officer), Michael Ducie (General Manager NSW), Matthew Graham (General Manager National Security), Darren Moore (General Manager Government), John Smith (General Manager Defence) and Peter Wilkinson (General Manager Risk).
