Navinesh Chand joins Synpulse Australia as Managing Director
Synpulse, an international financial services management consulting firm, has appointed Navinesh Chand as the new Managing Director of its Australian office.
Sydney-based Chand joins Synpulse from Infosys Consulting, having led their Customer Experience and Digital Strategy efforts in Asia Pacific as a Senior Principal.
Commenting on the senior hire, Christoph Nützenadel, CEO of the Swiss-origin consultancy, said: “We are happy to welcome Navinesh as Head of Australia to our team. His proven track record in the Australian financial and consulting industry, his people centric approach, his unlimited drive and dedication make him the perfect leader for our growing Synpulse team.”
Chand brings over 18 years of experience in consulting and in-house leadership roles across Australia and the United Kingdom with particular focus on customer experience, innovation, and digital strategy. His career has seen him work in consulting at Partners in Performance, KPMG and Deloitte, as well as financial services industry players CBA, UBS, and Westpac.
Asked about why he decided to join Synpulse, Chand pointed at the firms’ “significant investment in the region”, and an opportunity to work with and grow the talented team already in place. “From the first discussion, I really felt at home and welcomed. The energy, motivation and horsepower really aligned well to my own.”
Founded in 1996, Synpulse is an international management and technology consulting firm with over 450 partners and consultants working from 13 locations. The firm’s Asia Pacific footprint consist of offices in Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Philippines.
Alongside his role at Synpulse, Chand is also actively involved in advising startups, helping not-for-profit organisations, and working closely with universities and business schools on digital strategy and innovation.
Earlier this year, Synpulse promoted Daniele Abbruzzese and Marcel Loetscher to partner in the United States and Switzerland, Europe.
