Pinnacle promotes Alice Macdonald and Jessica Pungatara

Melbourne-based Pinnacle Group has promoted two of its junior advisors to Consultant level.

Jessica Pungatara has been with the management consulting firm since April 2017, and now sees her commitment and track record at the firm rewarded with a “well deserved” promotion, said Justin Brown, who founded Pinnacle Group in 2005 after previously serving counterparts Boston Consulting Group and Nous Group in Australia.

Pungatara’s role at Pinnacle Group is multifaceted which includes providing direct support to the firm’s consultants around workshop preparation, output development, workshop evaluation data, research analysis and project related tasks. She also supports one of the firm’s leaders with coordination, executive support and business development activities. 

Having recently graduated from Monash University with a Graduate Diploma of Psychology, Pungatara is currently pursuing an Advanced degree in the same field, at the same university. 

“Jess has worked incredibly hard over the last 3.5 years with supporting our consulting team and delivering quality projects for our clients. We can't wait to see her flourish in her new role,” said Brown. 

Also promoted to Consultant level is Alice Macdonald, who similarly graduated from Monash University with a specialisation in Psychology. At Pinnacle Group, she supports client engagements with a keen interest in the organisational and workplace elements of psychology. During her two years the consultancy, she has contributed to projects both in the public as well as private sector. 

In her consulting work, Macdonald is enthused by the ability to create positive “social impact for our clients and their communities”, and now in the role of Consultant, she will take on a wider set of responsibilities as she seeks to expand the impact she makes at clients and internally. 

Brown: “Alice has shown tremendous growth over the last couple of years and never backs down from a challenge.” Meanwhile, Khoder Hammoud, a Consultant who recently got promoted to Senior Consultant, said: “Well done Alice! Well deserved.”
