Australian consultancy TM Insight has added three senior professionals to its team.

The trio join the consulting firm as leaders in TM Insight’s Ecommerce practice, a newly launched unit which focuses on helping retail clients in the region build, scale, and optimise their ecommerce and omnichannel capabilities. “Having an online presence is now crucial for retailers’ business strategies,” said Travis Erridge, CEO of TM Insight, “and with our new practice we can better help our clients reimagine what success looks like in the digital age.”

Mitch Bittermann has been appointed Executive Vice President of Ecommerce, based in Singapore. He most recently was the Director of E-Commerce, Southeast Asia at Adidas. In the role he helped the sportwear giant scale its online business across Southeast Asia and establishing its marketplace venture in the region.

Prior to Adidas, Bittermann was the Group Chief Commercial Officer at aCommerce, an e-commerce service provider in Southeast Asia where he supported global brands and retailers to go online.
