TMX bolsters property practice with senior hires from Colliers
TMX has bolstered its property advisory division with two senior hires: Matthew Frazer-Ryan and Danny Green.
Appointed a Director, based in Brisbane office, Matthew Frazer-Ryan brings over two decades of experience in the industrial property market to TMX. Having completed several major sales and leasing transactions within Brisbane, he specialises in Brisbane’s industrial market.
He most recently served Colliers where he was a National Director of Industrial running the Brisbane industrial team. Prior to that, he held roles at JLL. Frazer-Ryan advises occupiers, investors and developer clients on property strategy, market intelligence, transactions and technical matters.

Appointed a Senior Consultant in TMX’s Melbourne office, Danny Green will focus on expanding the firm’s industrial occupier advisory offering. He joined from Colliers, where he was a Director in the Occupier Services team. He specialises in helping clients with strategic property advice, operations, long term portfolio planning, and outsourcing, among others.
Earlier in his career, Green served property advisory counterparts Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.
