Oliver Wyman welcomes Felix Iblher, Steven Hall and Zia Bhadiar
Global consulting firm Oliver Wyman has bolstered its partner team in Australia with Felix Iblher, Steven Hall and Zia Bhadiar, who all join the firm’s Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) practice and are based in Sydney.
Felix Iblher has been with the strategy consulting firm for thirteen years, primarily based out of Germany. He has now relocated to Australia to serve as Asia Pacific leader of the Communications, Media, and Technology practice.
He brings over two decades of experience in consulting, having previously served Roland Berger for seven years. He specialises in helping companies in the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors with strategy, growth, cost transformation, and digital operations.
Steven Hall has more than three decades of experience working in and advising the telecommunications industry in Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. He has worked across all aspects of the telecoms value chain and partners with clients to cut through technical or organisational complexity, accelerate transformation efforts, find new sources of customer value, or use existing capabilities and assets to serve new opportunities for growth.
He previously led the ANZ Communications, Media and Technology Practice of Accenture Strategy, and served Strategy& and predecessor Booz & Company for over a decade.
Zia Bhadiar brings over 15 years of experience in consulting, joining from FTI Consulting and before that serving Delta Partners (a TMT boutique acquired by FTI Consulting) and Strategy&.
Bhadiar has advised clients on corporate carve-out, restructuring, customer management & retention, technology and network strategy, asset optimisation, spectrum management, and enhancing value from the network infrastructure.

With revenues of over US$2 billion, Oliver Wyman (part of professional services giant Marsh McLennan) is one of the world’s largest strategic and management consulting firms. The Australia outfit, which launched in 2004, recently also appointed two others to its partnership: James Gordon and Julian Granger-Bevan.
