We Are Unity boosts team with Marta Tomczyk and Sherly Foe

We Are Unity, a culture change consultancy with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, has strengthened its team with two consultants: Marta Tomczyk and Sherly Foe.

Marta Tomczyk joins We Are Unity from Deloitte, where she spent the past six years working from the firm’s offices in the Netherlands and more recently Sydney (she transferred to Australia three years ago).

At the Big Four firm, Tomczyk held roles in innovation and digital working at the intersection of strategy, human-centred innovation and experience design.

Prior to Deloitte, Tomczyk spearheaded the opening of a biotech and smart services incubator for early stage start-ups and worked for US venture capital firm, Cornerstone Venture Partners, in New York.

Commenting on her move to We Are Unity, Tomczyk said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining We Are Unity as they continue to push the boundaries and help legacy sectors innovate and evolve their business models to adapt to the ever-changing corporate world.”

Sherly Foe joins from Korn Ferry, where she spent the past 3+ years as consultant specialising in senior executive assessment, development and coaching. She has worked with globally listed, private, and public sector organisations on human capital agenda’s and the delivery of training programmes.

Prior to the global human capital consultancy, Foe worked for Officeworks and McArthur.
