MI-GSO | PCUBED bolsters Australian team with MetaPM acquisition
MetaPM, a 100-consultant strong company specialised in project management services, has been acquired by MI-GSO | PCUBED, one of the globe’s largest dedicated project management consultancies.

Founded in 2006, MetaPM has over the past seventeen years grown into a leading player in Australia’s project delivery segment. The firm provides advisory, resourcing and training services to clients in sectors including education, telecom, utilities, healthcare, government, transport, financial services, and manufacturing.
The integration will see MetaPM join MI-GSO | PCUBED’s team in Australia, which has more than 20 years of experience in the domestic market. MI-GSO | PCUBED operates out of offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Perth, with MetaPM slotting into the Melbourne outfit.
France-headquartered MI-GSO | PCUBED has over 2,500 employees globally with specialist experience in project, program, portfolio management, project management tools and as a service, and change management consulting.
“This targeted acquisition is fully in line with our global growth ambitions to double our workforce by 2025,” said Jean-Luc Soula, the CEO of MI-GSO | PCUBED.
“Our shared values and vision will help us position ourselves as leader of the Australian market in the next three years. This will build the acceleration ramp of our development in the Asia Pacific region,” added Soula.
The deal was advised on by SCD Advisory, which served as the exclusive M&A advisor to MetaPM. Buyer MI-GSO | PCUBED completed the transaction with an inhouse deal team.
