Kaushal Vyas return to Nous Group as a principal
Digital and design strategist Kaushal Vyas has returned to Nous Group as a Principal in the Melbourne office.
Kaushal Vyas previously served Nous Group between 2015 and 2019, then joining Melbourne-based Planet Innovation as General Manager of Digital, where he managed a 40-strong team of product designers and engineers and advised senior clients on digital strategy and digital performance improvement.
“I am excited to be working with Nous Group again. I am keen to draw on my recent experience in digital health, life sciences and customer-centric digital services to assist clients with their digital pursuits,” he said of his return to the homegrown management consultancy.
Vyas brings more than 20 years of experience in digital product design, digital transformation and tech-led innovation. Prior to Nous Group, he worked for IBM Consulting and Infosys in Australia and India.
His track record includes designing technology products and service ventures, including setting up an assistive service for blind and low vision people for a leading not-for-profit organisation, designing digitally enabled home services for RACV, and designing operations for a digital employment marketplace for Monash University.
Vyas also worked on several digital transformation and technology programs at private sector clients, including in telecom, ecommerce and manufacturing.
He is a member of the Digital, Design & Data practice of Nous Group, which is led by the trio of Sudipto Sarkar, Brenden Carriker and David Diviny.
