Kearney promotes four to partner in Melbourne and Sydney

Global management consultancy Kearney has expanded its Australian partnership to around the two dozen mark with the admission of four new members.

Daria Radchenko, Kimberley Pham and Peter David have been made appointed to partner in Melbourne, while Poush Bharadwaj joins the partnership team of Kearney in Sydney after just two years at the firm.

Commenting on the career milestone, A/NZ managing partner Adam Dixon said the consulting firm was excited to be growing its leadership team: We look forward to the impact they will make on our clients, the firm and industry.”

A partner in Kearney’s digital and communications, media, and technology (CMT) practice, Poush Bharadwaj joined the firm in early 2021 after serving as a project leader on strategy assignments at Boston Consulting Group over the previous two and a half years. Earlier, she spent a decade between IBM Consulting and British Telecom in the UK, the latter as head of strategy and global propositions director, before a brief stint with Telstra.

“Kearney has a real entrepreneurial spirit. There’s a lot of creative freedom to build new ideas, and encouragement to lead them forward,” Bharadwaj states of her time at the firm. “The level of support from senior leaders is absolutely amazing. They’re really engaged and invested in helping you build your future direction. It brightens me up to think about what’s possible and how you can become better by doing things differently.”

Peter David has been at Kearney for a shade over nine years, joining in Melbourne in 2014 on the completion of an MBA with London Business School. Previously he spent four years at L.E.K. Consulting, while his time at Kearney includes a six-month secondment to Australia Post’s corporate strategy team. Currently, David focuses on M&A, strategy and transformation for clients in the transport and retail & consumer products sectors.

Daria Radchenko makes partner after close to eight years with Kearney, where she advises telcos on strategy, customer experience and operational initiatives among other matters.

A sociology degree and economics masters-holder from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Radchenko joined Kearney after an earlier period in the market research consulting segment, spending five and a half years between Beaton, iVox and Ipsos in various parts of the world.

Kimberley Pham has amassed close to a decade and a half of consulting experience across Australia, Europe and Asia with a focus on strategy, large-scale transformations and M&A for predominantly retail & consumer products clients. Her time at Kearney includes a twelve-month secondment to the firm’s in-house global M&A team, while earlier she served an accountancy apprenticeship with Ernst & Young.
