HKA adds Lisa Martello to infrastructure advisory team

HKA has strengthened its Infrastructure Advisory team in Australia with Lisa Martello, who will also play a key role in advancing the firm’s diversity & inclusion efforts.

Lisa Martello is a project leader with over 15 years of experience leading high-profile rail, engineering, demolition, and construction projects in the United Kingdom and Australia.

She joins HKA from Metro Trains Melbourne, where she led the Airport Station and Viaduct sections of the Melbourne Airport Rail project on behalf of the railway operator.

Martello previously lived and worked in the UK, having relocated to Australia at the start of 2021. In the UK, Martello held roles at engineering and consulting firms, delivery partners to the rail construction sector, and worked in industry for London Underground and Transport for London.

Her track record includes leading large transformations, enabling works programmes, organisational change initiatives, bridge upgrades, tunnel ventilation projects, stations, and structures.

Continuing her passion at HKA, Martello now is a director in the infrastructure advisory team in Victoria. “HKA is a professional services company with fabulous people all over Australia and the world, providing advisory services at enterprise, portfolio, program and project level,” she said.
